How it works
Set the letter up once. Each new list is three steps: add the CSV, check the flagged rows, download.

Questions
Do we set the certificate up again for each cohort?
No. It is set up once. For each new cohort you add its CSV, check the flagged rows and download.
Can several people on our team run the lists?
Yes. On the All year plan your templates are shared with several people on your team.
Can each certificate name its own trainer and hours?
Yes. Trainer and hours are columns like any other, so a cohort with two trainers needs no second template.
Do you keep the participants' details?
No. The list is processed in the session to make the certificates and never stored. We keep your templates, logo and signature.
