What it needs
- The participant's full name
- The course title
- The course hours
- The trainer's name
- Start and completion dates
- A unique certificate number
- The training provider's name
- The name and title of the person signing
Template
Each detail is written as a {{Column}} tag. Replace them by hand, or paste the template into InviteLetter as it is: the tags match the columns of your list.

{{Training Provider}}List template (CSV)

Tips
- Keep the trainer and hours in the list, so cohorts with different trainers use the same certificate.
- Number certificates by cohort, for example 2026-10-001, so a certificate is easy to trace.
- Only issue to participants who met the completion rule: filter your list before you make the certificates.
- Every tag needs a value on every row. If a detail doesn't apply to everyone, take it out of this template or give each row a value: InviteLetter flags empty cells before it makes anything.
Have 50 or 500 to send?
InviteLetter turns this template and your list into one PDF per person, with missing details flagged first. See training certificates for every participant.
